Talented Apartment Professional Joins Firm

Cushman & Wakefield Brokerage Team Expands
Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado, Inc., the premier commercial real estate services firm in the Rocky Mountain region, has added Kevin McKenna to the firm’s rapidly-growing Apartment Brokerage Services Group. Mr. McKenna specializes in multi-family investment sales.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. McKenna was an apartment broker at Marcus & Millichap in Denver, where he sold more than 700 units throughout Colorado with a total consideration in excess of $50 million. His brokerage background also includes office representation for Grubb & Ellis in San Francisco.
