Parexel To Relocate To 750 East Main Street In Stamford

Cushman & Wakefield today announced that PAREXEL International Corporation (NASDAQ: PRXL), a leading global bio/pharmaceutical services organization, leased 13,034 square feet of office space at 750 East Main Street, a 103,000-square-foot office property in downtown Stamford.
PAREXEL signed a seven year lease and will occupy space on the sixth floor of the 11-story Class-A building. The company will relocate in September from 181 Harbor Drive in Stamford. PAREXEL is the second company to join the tenant roster of the completely renovated office property.
The redesign of 750 East Main Street has included a fully remodeled lobby that features nine 60-inch televisions and a 50-foot back-lit glass panel, a new café, upgraded elevator cabs and common areas, Wi-Fi connectivity, a new fitness center, totally renovated bathrooms, in addition to an outdoor patio and picnic area. The property offers secure, free garage parking for tenants, complimentary shuttle service to and from the Stamford Transportation Center, and an on-site management team.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Steve Baker, senior director and Adam Klimek, associate director, serve as the leasing team representing the property owner, 750 Stamford Partners LLC, an entity managed by Martin Sands. There are approximately 75,000 square feet available for immediate occupancy. Brett Sherman of Angel Commercial represented PAREXEL.

Mr. Baker said there has been significant interest in the building from a number of tenants in the market for space.

Other east side area projects underway include the Holiday Inn hotel renovation; development of luxury residential units, such as Eastside Commons and Glen View House; and the addition of new retail stores and restaurants.
