Cushman & Wakefield named European retail property adviser of the year

Cushman & Wakefield, the global property consultant, was named “European Retail Property Adviser of the Year” for the second consecutive year at the EG Retail & Future Project Awards MAPIC 2007 in Cannes, yesterday evening.

Cushman & Wakefield was selected for the award for making a meaningful and successful contribution to retail development and growth across the continent. In particular, C&W was recognised for having embraced the pan European market and for providing its clients with creative advice that has led to real progress in the market and created financial success.

The EG Retail & Future Project Awards MAPIC 2007 organised by leading UK real estate magazine, Estates Gazette. The awards were launched in 2006 to recognise excellence across the entire European retail sector including, specific regeneration schemes as well as developers, architects, investors and advisers.
