Cushman & Wakefield Represents Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP in Lease at Towson Commons

Towson Commons, a Class A office tower located at 1 W. Pennsylvania Ave in downtown Towson, recently gained a new high profile law firm tenant when Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP signed a lease for 10,000 square feet on the third floor of the building.

Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP, one of Maryland’s largest law firms with over 160 attorneys, chose the building as the location for its new offices in Towson. They join a mix of tenants including VIPS, a leading provider of healthcare data management, other law firms and insurance and financial institutions. Towson Commons is also home to several popular retail tenants including Kyodai Rotating Sushi Bar, Paolo’s Ristorante, and the AMC Theatres cinema. The ten story tower features an attached 900 car parking garage and is located within walking distance to the Baltimore County Courthouse and offices of the county executive. The building is currently 93% leased.
