Portion of Six Flags Mall Sold

Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. announces the sale of a 162,000-square foot retail
property located at Six Flags Mall in Arlington, TX. Cushman & Wakefield's Dallas Capital
Markets Group led by Stephannie Mower along with retail investment sales specialists Brandon
Beeson and Will Walters brokered the transaction for the seller, Messina Properties.
A private buyer purchased the property for redevelopment.
The building, a former Macy's retail store, is located on the north side of Six Flags Mall fronting Galleria Drive. The vacant anchor store includes approximately 14 acres.
"This deal was virtually a land play which are challenging in this market," said Mr. Beeson. "The location near the Ballpark at Arlington, Six Flags Over Texas, the new Cowboys Stadium and the planned convention center expansion increased investor interest in the property."
