Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Cabot Properties has named the firm's South
Florida Industrial Team as exclusive leasing agent for its recently acquired eight-building
industrial portfolio in Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach.
Cushman & Wakefield's Chris Metzger, Rick Etner, Sky Groden, Christopher Thomson and
Justin Cope will represent Cabot Properties in marketing the available space.
"We are excited to continue to assist Cabot Properties with their South Florida
assets," said Mr. Groden, a senior director at Cushman & Wakefield. "With
industrial activity picking up in Broward County, we expect to see a great deal of interest in
these eight properties."
The 470,000-square-foot portfolio includes 2201, 2250, 2280 and 2301 NW 25th Place and 3000,
3005 and 3050 NW 25th Ave. in Powerline Industrial Park in Pompano Beach and 301-302 Goolsby
Boulevard in Deerfield Beach.
Cabot Properties acquired the portfolio from Green Florida Developments earlier this
year.
