The San Diego office of Cushman & Wakefield announces that DTS Development, a Boston-headquartered developer and implementer of innovative software solutions, has purchased an 873-square-foot office condominium in North Coast Business Park at 535 Encinitas Blvd., Suite B5, Encinitas, Calif. (92024) for $305,900.

The buyer, and the seller, North Coast Business Park, were represented by Kevin Farrell and Barry Mahlberg of Cushman & Wakefield. DTS Development (Development, Training, Security) recently opened for business at its North Coast Business Park location.
