Cushman & Wakefield Continues to Attract Top Talent
In a move to further enhance its delivery of client services around the world, Cushman &
Wakefield announced today that Bruce W. Ficke, a leading corporate real estate executive, has
joined the firm as executive vice president, Global Client Solutions. He was previously
international director of corporate solutions for Jones Lang LaSalle.
“Bruce Ficke is a formidable executive in the real estate industry, and his decision
to join the Cushman & Wakefield team is directly related to our strong focus on delivering

In his new position, Mr. Ficke will be based in New York City. He will direct and
define the Global Client Solutions program for the firm. He will oversee and further
develop the core disciplines of the group, which include strategic account management, property
and facilities management, project management and lease administration.

Mr. Ficke has overseen the commercial real estate portfolios for some of the world’s
largest corporations. Most recently, he managed the Strategic Alliance Partnership
for HSBC Bank's portfolio, and oversaw the American Financial Realty Trust
portfolio. Prior to that, he oversaw Bank of America’s global portfolio of more
than 33 million square feet.
Before JLL, Mr. Ficke co-founded COMPASS Management and Leasing, a real estate services
specialist. When COMPASS merged with JLL in 1998, it managed 195 million square feet,
including 100 million square feet of corporate space.
Mr. Ficke has nearly 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
His broad range of expertise spans the areas of development, property management, leasing,
marketing and construction.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Ficke has an MBA from Southern
Methodist University. A member of CORENET, he is globally recognized as an expert
authority on corporate real estate.
