Commercial Printing Company Leases 94,000 SF in Chicago Suburb

Jet Lithocolor, Inc., a commercial printing company, is expanding operations and will lease a
94,000-square-foot industrial building in southwest suburban Bolingbrook.
Jason West, SIOR, of Cushman & Wakefield represented the company in the 10-year lease.
The building, owned by BPG Properties, Ltd., is located at 605 Territorial Drive and includes a fully air-conditioned warehouse, 12,000 square feet of office space, heavy power and parking for 150 cars.
Jet Lithocolor is consolidating a portion of its operations into the new facility from other area locations.
Traci Buckingham and Grant Glattly of CB Richard Ellis represented BPG Properties in the
transaction.
