  • Yahya Abdulla Joins Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA Capital Markets Team

    Cushman & Wakefield, has appointed international investment specialist Yahya Abdulla in its EMEA capital markets team in London. Yahya joins from Al Salam Bank in Bahrain where he was an Assistant Vice President in the investments team.

    Yahya will focus primarily on direct and indirect investment opportunities for Middle Eastern investors in European real estate and other global regions.

    Whilst at Al Salam Bank, Yahya was involved in closing international investments worth circa $400 million including the acquisition of Milton Gate in the City of London from UBS Triton Fund when Al Salam partnered with Evans Randall.

    Michael Rhydderch, head of EMEA capital markets for Cushman & Wakefield said: “Investment outflows from the Middle East will remain strong as investors seek to diversify into more stable areas and strong, liquid European markets as well as gateway cities in North America and Asia. Yahya brings in depth experience and contacts in the Middle East and other key markets such as India which will help us facilitate and capture global capital flows into European real estate and other global markets.”
