Multi-Family Brokerage Team Added to Boost Service Offerings

Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois, Inc. (C&W) announces the addition of Multi-Family
Brokerage Services to the expanding list of commercial real estate offerings provided by the
firm's Chicago office. Bill Montana and Chris Sackley, with combined brokerage experience in
the Chicago market of more than 30 years, have joined C&W to lead the new group.
"We are very excited to have Bill Montana and Chris Sackley joining us in Chicago,"
said Steve Weilbach, Senior Managing Director and U.S. Multi-Family Services Leader.
"Their addition to C&W's multi-family platform gives us an immediate market presence
with experienced practitioners."
Mr. Montana, a 21-year commercial real estate veteran, joins C&W as a Senior Director from
NAI Hiffman, where he served as Senior Vice President. Mr. Montana specializes in multi-family
investment sales and recapitalizations across the Midwest. During his career, Bill has sold
more than 25,000 apartment units throughout the region. He is a graduate of the University of
Illinois at Chicago.
Mr. Sackley joins C&W as a Director. He was previously a Managing Director with CBRE, where
he worked with the Institutional Multi-Housing Group and was involved in numerous major
multi-market portfolio disposition assignments. Mr. Sackley is a graduate of the University of
Notre Dame and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
