Hartford professional recognized

services firm, today announced that Tim D'Addabbo, a Hartford brokerage professional of the
firm, has been named a 2005 CoStar Power Broker by CoStar Group, Inc., and Real Estate Forum
Magazine. The Power Broker title is designated each year to an elite group of dealmakers
who rank highest among their peers in 46 markets across the United States according to CoStar
data.
