Powerbroker Greg Biggs Rejoins Cushman & Wakefield

Top Tenant Representative Named Executive Director in Dallas Branch
Greg Biggs, a 20-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry and one of the top office brokers in the nation, has rejoined Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. Mr. Biggs leaves his position as Senior Vice President and Branch Manager in the Dallas office of brokerage firm Studley to become Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately held commercial real estate services firm.
“The professionalism and reputation Greg brings to Cushman & Wakefield will be added value to our existing group,” said Elizabeth Trocchio, Executive Managing Director and Regional Manager for Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. “We are very excited to have Greg back at Cushman & Wakefield.”
Mr. Biggs will be responsible for tenant representation in the firm’s office transaction services group, where he previously spent 15 years as a consistent top-producing brokerage professional. During his prior tenure with Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Biggs represented well-known tenants in some of the largest real estate transactions in the area, including build-to-suit and corporate relocations of Computer Associates, Citizens Communications and Westcott Communications, lease negotiations and disposition of properties for American Airlines, and disposition of properties for Alcatel USA, Inc. While with Studley, he completed two of Dallas’ largest law firm assignments – Baker Botts, LLP and Fulbright & Jaworsky.

Mr. Biggs is a past president of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and holds the SIOR designation. He currently serves on the board of directors of The Real Estate Council.
