Cushman & Wakefield today announced that Forchelli, Curto, Crowe, Deegan, Schwartz,
Mineo & Cohn, LLP, one of Long Island’s most acclaimed and distinguished law firms,
has leased 35,000 square feet for its headquarters at The Omni, located at 333 Earle Ovington
Boulevard in Uniondale, New York.
The law firm signed a 10-year lease and will occupy the 10th floor of the 575,000
square foot building, which is owned by RXR. Forchelli Curto will relocate from 330 Old Country
Road in Mineola, New York. The move is scheduled to take place in late spring /early

that the Omni provided the best opportunity for our expanding operations. This relocation is a
part of a long-term, cost-effective approach to ensure our firm’s continued success and
growth in the region.”
“The Omni’s location is convenient to accommodate the firm’s client base
in Nassau and Suffolk Counties, as well as those in New York City,” said Ted Stratigos,
senior director of Cushman & Wakefield of Long Island, and the broker who represented

accessible location in a well-managed, building and what is considered a trophy Long Island

unprecedented.”

Barbara Alesi, spearheaded Forchelli Curto’s lease negotiations. The new law office
will implement the latest in design and technology for law firms. Affirming the law
firm’s commitment to maintain an eco-friendly presence, construction of the new offices
will also include a multitude of “green” and sustainable construction materials and
techniques which are being overseen by a LEED accredited architect.

County, just east of Garden City, in the desirable Mitchel Field hub. The property is located
adjacent to Hofstra University, Nassau Coliseum and Mitchel County Park.
“We’re thrilled we were able to accommodate Forchelli Curto’s existing
needs, as well as allow for expansion space as their business continues to grow,” said
Ken Bauer, executive vice president of leasing for RXR. “The Omni offers tenants the
