Germany-based Draeger Medical Systems Leases 128,400 SF in Andover

Cushman & Wakefield Represents Medical Equipment Manufacturer in Office Lease
Cushman & Wakefield has completed the lease of 128,400 square feet of office space at 6 Tech Drive in Andover, MA on behalf of the tenant, Draeger Medical Systems. Previously located in Danvers, MA, Draeger has leased the entire two-story office building.

6 Tech Drive, part of the Andover Tech Center, is a 128,400-square foot office located in a 66-acre park with an estimated total development potential of 750,000 square feet. The building is easily accessible by Interstates 495 and 93. There is a cafeteria located on-site and area amenities include a day care, golf course, restaurants and retail.
