Industry veteran Suzy Reingold to lead firm's brokerage division in New York
Cushman & Wakefield, the world's largest privately held commercial real estate services
firm, today announced that Suzy A. Reingold has joined the firm as an executive managing
director for its New York City offices.
She was previously senior managing director, New York Tri-State Region and U.S. Brokerage, with
CB Richard Ellis, where she had responsibilities for the development, management, recruitment
and training of its New York brokerage staff, as well as the implementation of company
management policies nationally.
At Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Reingold will be responsible for the management of its more
than 180 New York City brokerage professionals based in the firm's Midtown and Downtown
Manhattan offices, as well as for recruitment and training. She will report to Joseph R.
Harbert, Cushman & Wakefield's chief operating officer for the New York Metro Region.

executive positions at some of the industry's largest services and development firms,"
said Mr. Harbert. "Her extensive experience in the New York commercial real estate
industry, coupled with her legal and managerial background, will make her an invaluable asset
to our New York offices."
Ms. Reingold has held many prestigious executive leadership positions in the commercial real
estate industry. Prior to her most recent position, she was managing director of Strategic
Agency and Client Services, Eastern Region, for Cushman & Wakefield. Previously she was
executive vice president and manager of the New York regional office of The Shorenstein
Company, where she also served as director of marketing and leasing.
Before that she was executive vice president, director of Leasing and Public Relations for The
Related Companies, where she oversaw the leasing of such major properties as 625 Madison Ave.,
The Centre at Purchase and 1700 East Putnam in Greenwich. Ms. Reingold began her real estate
career at The Mendik Company, now part of Vornado, where she was executive vice president and
director of leasing.
Prior to her entry into the business side of the real estate industry, she was a partner in the
real estate practice group at the New York law firm of Schulte Roth & Zabel. Major industry
organizations she has been actively involved in include REBNY, Urban Land Institute, NAIOP,
CORENET and BOMA. She also has served as a lecturer for the New York State Bar Association, New
York University Real Estate Institute and Commercial Leasing Conference, Georgetown University
Law Center and Columbia University School of Architecture. She is a graduate of New York
University School of Law.
