$2,100,000.
Mary Ellen and Lorenzo Valuenzuela of Phoenix purchased the property from 745 West Fairmont,
LLC , a partnership led by Bob Riley of Redondo Beach, CA.
The building contains 28,276 square feet of industrial space and was constructed in
1975. It is fully occupied by Western Trophy Co. and Perfetti Foods.
