Cushman & Wakefield Corporate Occupier and Investor Services, in partnership with the
University of Central Florida Foundation, received top honors in the Building Owners and
Managers Association (BOMA) 2011 The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards, for the
UCF Foundation building, University Tower.
Located in Research Park, the six-story University Tower won in its category, Corporate
Facility, and also received the highest score of all Orlando buildings in all categories,
including downtown landmarks, suburban office parks, and industrial office buildings. Entries
were awarded points based on inspection and assessment of management attributes such as tenant
relations, emergency preparedness, energy conservation and community impact.
Cushman & Wakefield Corporate Occupier and Investor Services Portfolio Manager, Mike Agnew
pointed to the commitment of the building's management team as key to achieving excellence.
"This award is the result of many months of hard work," said Agnew. "It would
not have been possible without the personal dedication of every member of our UCFF team , as
well as continuous support from our client, The University of Central Florida
Foundation."
Cushman & Wakefield Corporate Occupier and Investor Services has managed the UCF
Foundation portfolio of buildings in Research Park since 2006. BOMA TOBY winners advance to
compete regionally and internationally.
