67 Lombard Street, London – Cushman & Wakefield appointed join agents

Viridis Real Estate is to commence construction of a speculative office development at 67
Lombard Street on behalf of a private overseas client. Cushman and Wakefield and CBRE are
appointed agents.
The 90,000 sq ft GMW designed scheme will comprise 87,000 sq ft of offices over 9 floors and a 3,000 sq ft A3 unit.
The development fronting onto Lombard Street is to be constructed behind a retained brick façade with full height glazing to the rear and side elevations.
Balfour Beatty, the appointed contractor will begin work on site in September with completion programmed for mid 2013.
