Cushman & Wakefield today announced it has hired Eric Jackson as a Senior Director
serving the southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts markets. Mr. Jackson first
joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1998 with a focus on commercial sales and leasing and left
the firm in 2004 to pursue a Master’s degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
(MIT) Center for Real Estate.
“We are excited to have Eric Jackson back as a member of Cushman &
Wakefield’s team,” said Tom Collins, Executive Managing Director and Vice President
of Cushman & Wakefield’s New England region. “He is a seasoned brokerage
professional with considerable experience in the broad range of services we offer our clients.
We welcome Eric as a distinguished addition to our southern New Hampshire
offices.”
After receiving his Master’s degree with a specialty in Real Estate Development, Mr.
Jackson spent two years advising private investment clients on real estate acquisitions,
development and investment analysis. With extensive transaction experience, Mr. Jackson brings
a unique perspective to Cushman & Wakefield’s brokerage group. During his career, he
has participated in over 500 leasing, sales and investment transactions with an aggregate value
of more than $300 million.
Joining his former colleagues Thomas Farrelly, Denis Dancoes and Sue Ann Johnson, Mr.
Jackson will broaden the scope of services offered by Cushman & Wakefield’s New
Hampshire brokerage team. “Eric’s wide geographic focus will allow us to offer
our clients a deeper penetration into Massachusetts and an enhanced platform in the Seacoast
region where our client base has grown rapidly in recent years,” said C&W’s
Executive Director Thomas Farrelly. “Having Eric back on the team with the depth of
knowledge he gained at MIT is another distinct competitive advantage for Cushman &
Wakefield.”
Mr. Jackson will work primarily out of a sales office in Portsmouth and will specialize in
corporate tenant/buyer representation and a wide range of commercial acquisition, disposition
and leasing initiatives.
Mr. Jackson received his Bachelor's degree in Small Business Management from Northeastern
University in 1997 prior to completing his Master’s at MIT. He played professional soccer
for the New Hampshire Phantoms in the United Soccer League from 1996 to 1998. In 2001, Mr.
Jackson and his team received Cushman & Wakefield’s “Client Service Excellence
Award” for the New England region in recognition of outstanding feedback from his team's
many clients.
Mr. Jackson is a licensed broker in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and is a member of the
New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors.
