Cushman & Wakefield negotiated a new 48,000 square foot long-term lease between Weingarten Realty Investors and Hughes Plumbing Supply, Ltd. at 1430 Massaro Boulevard. The building is located within the 2.27 million square foot Tampa East Industrial Park, just north of the intersection of U.S. Highway 301 and State Road 60 in Tampa, Florida.

Senior Director Mike Davis and Associate Director Rian Smith are the exclusive leasing agents for Weingarten Realty Investors portfolio within Tampa East Industrial Park and negotiated the lease on behalf of the owner.
