The property was purchased for $27 million by Crescent Resources, LLC, Charlotte, North Carolina. Cushman & Wakefield's Apartment Brokerage Services team, headed by Byron Moger, Senior Director, and Luis Elorza, Director represented the seller, Carter-Haston of Nashville, Tennessee. The new owners intend to continue operating Bay Oaks as a rental property.
