Little Giants lease in Niederrad

Little Giants Early Learning Center, which provides children’s day care, is to open a nursery
in Frankfurt-Niederrad this autumn. It has leased around 330m2 in Eurohaus Lyoner Straße 24-26
for this. In addition to the nursery area, there will be about 400m2 of outdoor space for the
children to enjoy.
The space for the nursery was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield and Savills Immobilien Beratungs GmbH.
As at the four children’s day care centres already established, early childhood development lies at the heart of the learning concept at the new Little Giants Center in Niederrad. It also provides long opening times to help working mothers and fathers.
