  • Galeria Ostrovia in Ostrow Wielkopolski is gaining new tenants

    The number of tenants who have signed lease agreements securing their position in Galeria Ostrovia project in Ostrow Wielkopolsk has increased with: TESCO (7686 sq.m), Carry (403.77 sq.m), CCC (292.42 sq.m), Camaieu (184.67 sq.m), Reporter (199.38 sq.m), Aligator (204.91 sq.m)., Ravel (162.13 sq.m), Wójcik (153.50 sq.m), BOTI (134.92 sq.m), YES (50.34 sq.m), Coccodrilo – (94.67 sq.m), Wojas (125,78 sq.m), Kastor (54,49 sq.m).

    An exclusive agent in the commercialization of Galeria Ostrovia is Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate advisory firm.

    The investor and developer of the facility is Zakład Budowlano Remontowy BUDREM Sp. J.

    Galeria Ostrovia is the first large-scale shopping centre in Ostrow Wielkopolski with catchment area of 325,000 people according to Cushman & Wakefield.

    The scheme is located near a national road no. 25 and a currently developed ring road of Ostrow for the express road no. S11.

    Galeria Ostrovia will offer modern integrated retail space. This one-storey facility will house around 100 stores, F&B and service units. Clients will be provided with 1,300 parking spaces.
    The transport solutions regarding the ring road and the network of independent internal roads for the clients will permit fast and unobstructed motor traffic flow on the area of a shopping gallery. 4 independent entrances to the centre and DYI store will ensure efficient communication between the parking and the facility.
