Cushman & Wakefield Expands EMEA Sustainability Team

Cushman & Wakefield, the global property consultant, has expanded its EMEA sustainability team with the appointment of Justy Mathew as Sustainability Analyst, based in London. He joins from Pensions & Investment Research Consultants Ltd, where he worked on CSR reporting and development.

Justy will be responsible for managing clients, CSR reporting, environmental compliance and other management requirements. Reporting to Andries van der Walt, Head of Sustainability EMEA, he will support and deliver sustainability consultancy for corporate occupiers and investor clients, working with Alison Matthews who joined Cushman & Wakefield as Sustainability Advisor, earlier this year.

Andries van der Walt said, "This appointment is in line with our strategy to grow our sustainability team across the business. Justy will provide valuable support in enabling clients to implement 'green' strategies that reduce cost, increase the values of a property and attract occupiers. Sustainability is an essential element in managing the evolving commercial environment throughout different business cycles."
