US luxury home furnishings retailer HOLLY HUNT is looking to open its first
European showroom and has appointed real estate agent Cushman & Wakefield to identify
a suitable location in central London.
Founded in 1984, the first HOLLY HUNT showroom opened in Chicago.
Synonymous with style and quality, this luxury furniture, lighting, textile and rug
retailer owns and operates seven showrooms in the US with representation in 13
additional high end showrooms across the US and Canada.
HOLLY HUNT requires a flagship London store of between 6-10,000 sq ft and is looking at
affluent areas of the city including Chelsea, Fulham, Knightsbridge and Mayfair.
Matt Hyland, retail partner at Cushman & Wakefield commented: “HOLLY HUNT’s products and
designs are without doubt best in class and have had a significant impact outside of North
America despite having little or no retail presence in Europe. London’s international
profile and relatively wealthy population make it the ideal location for its first European
store and we are excited to be working alongside a great brand to secure its flagship
store.”
