Cartier opens in Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon

Global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) placed the new Cartier flagship store in Lisbon’s prime retail location, Avenida da Liberdade 240 (corner with Alexandre Herculano 13-C). The new shop will comprise 575 m2 and is due to open in mid 2013.

The building is being totally refurbished and will have also 1,800 m2 of offices with parking spaces to let.

In this transaction, Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of the owner of the building, Largetoile.

According to Isabella Jurado-Blanco, associate, from Cushman &Wakefield retail department, “It was a great challenge and pleasure to find the right location in Lisbon for such a prestigious brand”.
