Harley-Davidson GmbH is leaving Mörfelden after 20 years to relocate its German headquarters
to Konrad-Adenauer-Straße 1-3 in 63263 Neu-Isenburg. Brokered by Cushman & Wakefield
(C&W) the company becomes the sole tenant of the 2,565 m² office building.
C&W’s Project Management team supported Harley-Davidson in the fit-out of the property
in accordance with the latest insights into high-quality modern working environments and in the
adaptation to the requirements of the new tenant including a highly-modern training and
professional further education area.
The landlord is Swiss Life AG, Germany, based in Munich. The life insurer mandated Devoc
