Ground Zero: Freedom Tower exclusively leased by Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), the international commercial real estate organisation, has been commissioned by the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey as the sole leasing agent for Freedom Towers, 1 World Trade Center.
The foundation stone was laid at Ground Zero on 4 July 2004.Upon completion in 2012, the Freedom Tower will be 541.32 m highand have a total area of 241,500 m².
