Cushman & Wakefield manages a further 150,000 m²

The retail portfolio which Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has recently been commissioned to manage comprises over 150,000 m² of space and consists of 25 inner-city retail properties throughout Germany. The client is a major European investment management company.

Including this new commission, C&W now manages 450 properties in Germany, amounting to a total of around 2 million m² of leased space, over 3,000 lease agreements and a leasing volume of around EUR 190 million per annum. At over 80%, the majority of properties managed belong to the retail segment.

C&W will manage the portfolio using "Yardi Voyager". This web-based management software provides the client with all relevant information in real time and is used by over 3,500 C&W users around the world. C&W has further developed the program for its clients through a long-standing partnership with Yardi and is able to adapt it to the needs of various countries.
