BRE Bank in Senator office building

A global commercial real estate advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield acted as agent for leasing office space in Senator office building in Warsaw.

BRE Bank, a new tenant in Senator office building, will take 1,665 sq.m. Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive agent responsible for acquiring tenants for the facility.

Senator is a modern office building offering 24,566 sq.m of functional office space spread over six floors. It is located at Bielanska Street, near Bankowy Square, the Old Town and Teatralny Square, on a former site of the headquarter of the historic Bank Polski. The office building is due for completion in the middle of 2012. The developer is Ghelamco Poland.

BRE Bank is the third largest bank in Poland in terms of total assets held. It offers its services to the biggest domestic and international companies, dynamically growing sector of SME companies and public sector entities. It serves over 14,000 corporate clients.
