  • Three senior negotiator nominations at Cushman & Wakefield

    Joanna Sinkiewicz and Marek Skrzydlak from the Industrial Department and Justyna Wróblewska from the Retail Department have been promoted to the position of a senior negotiator at Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm.

    Joanna Sinkiewicz, who joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010, has been promoted to the position of a senior negotiator at the Industrial Department. She is responsible for contacts and relations with developers in Warsaw and Central Poland, and projects for tenants from various sectors, including logistics operators and distributors, retail chains and manufacturing companies. The companies she advised include: Agata Meble, Damco, DB Schenker, Decathlon, DS Smith, Iron Mountain, TRW, Jabil, VMA, Jungheinrich and Agilent Technologies. Joanna completed law studies at the University of Warsaw as well as management and marketing with the specialisation in real estate management at the Warsaw School of Economics. She has gained professional experience in real estate at Pinnacle Poland (now PointPark Properties) and DTZ.

    Marek Skrzydlak has been promoted to the position of a senior negotiator at the Industrial Department. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2006 and has fifteen years of professional experience in sales departments of international banks and FMCG companies. Marek initially worked at C&W’s Retail Department, where he was involved in the commercialisation of Galeria Katowicka and the Factory Outlet Center in Kraków. He also sought locations for financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank, in high streets of Polish cities. Since April 2010 he has worked at the Industrial Department. Marek is responsible for establishing and developing business relations with key clients and leasing warehouse space to retail chains across Poland. He advised companies such as Auto Partner, S&T Daewoo, Epedal, Fronius, Lear, LBP Manufacturing and Ruch.

    Justyna Wróblewska, who joined Cushman & Wakefield in March 2006, has been promoted to the position of a senior negotiator at the Retail Department. She is now involved in the commercialisation of the following shopping centres: Galeria Neptun in Starogard Gdański, Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała, Gemini Park Tarnów, and Plejada in Sosnowiec. Justyna has advised, among others, Neinver, Caelum Development, Celtic, Gemini Holdings, St Martins, Deutsche Bank, AIG/Lincoln, Develop Investment, CD Locum and SWPF Fairway. She was involved in the commercialisation of Millenium Hall in Rzeszów, Galeria Słoneczna in Radom, Galeria Wisła in Płock, Galeria Dębicka, Galeria Rondo in Bochnia and Factory Outlet Centres in Luboń and Kraków. Justyna graduated from two faculties at the Warsaw School of Economics and completed postgraduate studies in real estate agency at the Leon Koźmiński University. She also holds a real estate agent’s licence.
