Cushman & Wakefield, the world's largest privately owned real estate advisor, has appointed
Martin Drummer to lead its office leasing activities throughout Germany covering Frankfurt,
Berlin, Hamburg and Munich. Martin joins Cushman & Wakefield as a Partner on 21 January and
will be based in the firm's German headquarters in Frankfurt.
Drummer has over 25 years of experience in the German real estate sector, much of which was
acquired with major international real estate consultancy companies; from 1992 to 2001 with
Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was appointed to the management team in 1999, before moving to
CBRE in 2002 where he was CEO of Germany until 2011. Most recently, he was Managing Partner at
Oceans & Company GmbH, a nationally active niche consulting and transaction service
provider in commercial real estate letting and investment.
