Global services real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has been appointed once again for the management of properties owned by multinational UBS Global Asset Management for a new term beginning in early 2010.
In mid 2008 the multinational company entrusted Cushman & Wakefield the management of buildings 6, 7 and 8 of the World Trade Center Almeda Park at Cornellá de Llobregat, and it has now extended its commission to all the properties owned by UBS Global Asset Management in Almeda Park in 2009.
The assets consisting of six office buildings are a commercial complex of approximately 83,000m² for which C&W also acts as letting agent since its construction in 2001. During the first phase, most of the business park was let by the consulting firm to companies such as Panasonic, Fujitsu, Cofidis, Procter & Gamble, Securitas, and Alstom.
After its experience for the first few months, UBS Global Asset Management has additionally entrusted C&W with the management of its 20,000 m² of office space in Vallsolana Garden Business Park in Sant Cugat del Vallés. This is the first part of the recently opened business park, which is also let by C&W.
Jesus Silva, RE UBS Global Asset Management RE Asset Manager Spain said, "Cushman & Wakefield is one of our key partners both locally and internationally. The professionalism of their teams helps us implement a management model based on both the quality of our assets and customer orientation"
