  • Cushman & Wakefield brings new tenant to Rozália Park

    Cushman & Wakefield global real estate consultants have contributed to the lease transaction of the Bulgarian based Prista Oil Holding EAD for 2,495 sq m warehouse and 250 sq m office space in Rozália Park, Biatorbágy.

    Prista Oil, dealing with engine and industrial oils, has moved into the premise at the end of March 2010. This scheme will be the CEE regional distribution centre for the company, serving Slovakia, Croatia, Slovenia and Hungary.

    Emilia Tarró, Industrial Negotiator at Cushman & Wakefield Budapest said: "We are delighted to have concluded successful lease negotiations with Prista Oil bringing their regional DC to Hungary. This transaction proves Prista Oil's confidence in the Hungarian market, and it shows, that among the neighbouring countries Hungary has the best location and offers good conditions for business."

    István Pálinkás, Managing Director of Prista Oil added: "The main decision factor in the selection process was the excellent location of the industrial complex and the flexible lease terms offered by the landlord."

    The 60,000 sq m Rozália Park is located 15 km west from the center of Budapest at the junction of the M0 and the M1 motorway offering an excellent road connection to Budapest and the neighbouring countries. The site is highly visible from both directions of M1 motorway and easily accessible both by car and by truck.
