New tenants in orenburg shopping center Gulliver

Cushman & Wakefield is glad to announce that new tenants – MKM (Mir Koji I Meha – leading Russian retailer in outdoor fashion) and sport-brands Adidas and Rebook have been signed up to Shopping Center Gulliver in the city of Orenburg. MKM will occupy 1005 sqm and will open it’s first store in the city. Gulliver shopping center with total area of 70 800 sq.m. and GLA of 40 200 sqm is a new retail development in Orenburg. Such brands as Media Markt, O’Stin , Glance, Megaphone, Gloria Jeans, L’Etuile are among Gulliver’s center. The grand opening is planed in August 2011. Cushman & Wakefield is advising the landlord.
