C&W recently announced the transfer of Silvia Vicente from the research and consultancy
department to valuations.
Sílvia Vicente, who joined C&W in 2004, will contribute to meeting the demands of the
growing valuation workload, particularly in the areas of residential and tourist
accommodation.
According to Ricardo Reis, partner and head of the valuations department of C&W “Sílvia
is definitely an added value to our department because of her experience in the area of urban
development and market analysis focussing particularly on the analysis of land and projects for
property development, with a view to improved alternative use (highest & best use),
translating into greater asset profitability”.
With a degree in Management, she also has a Post-Graduation in Management and Real estate
Valuation, both from ISEG, having already completed the curricular section of the Master’s
Degree in Management and Real estate Valuation by the same university.
Her professional activity began in the insurance sector, at Eurovida, having integrated in
2003 a consultancy project developed by Tracy International.
The valuation team of Cushman & Wakefield already has 6 employees: Ricardo Reis
(partner), Elisabete Costa (associate), David Lopes (associate), Nuno Tadeu, Marco Nardini and
Sílvia Vicente.
