PRET A MANGER expands in France

Cushman & Wakefield has been instructed to install the third restaurant of the famous British take-away retailer, PRET A MANGER, in the ZAC Paris Rive Gauche, at 110 Avenue de France in the 13th arrondissement of Paris on a surface of 385 sqm GLA.

Eager to expand the brand in France, PRET A MANGER, opened early this year its first French restaurant in the shopping center Les 4 Temps, located in La Defense business district. A second outlet opened in March in Paris, rue Marbeuf, near the Champs Elysées Avenue.

This third restaurant opened last week.

Co-founded by two friends, Sinclair Beecham and Julian Metcalfe, PRET A MANGER opened its first store in London in 1986. Today the brand has about 250 restaurants in the UK, thirty addresses in the United States and ten in Hong Kong.
