Cushman & Wakefield Names Donald Han as Vice Chairman, Singapore4 Nov, 2010, SingaporeCushman & Wakefield has announced that Donald Han has been named Vice Chairman for Cushman & Wakefield’s Singapore operations. In his new assignment, Donald will be responsible for enhancing Cushman & Wakefield's Singapore business, creating and assessing new opportunities and focusing on business development. His key role would be to increase the company's market share in the region and build key relationships. He will be working very closely with the Singapore management team to provide strategic inputs to further grow the company’s reach and impact in this very large and important market. He will also continue to provide the guidance and support to the company’s regional Capital Markets team. Donald was previously the Managing Director for Singapore and Head of C&W Regional Investment Group (Asia Pacific) and has been instrumental in expanding the company’s presence and client portfolio. Donald has more than 23 years of marketing and investment advisory experience specializing in all sectors of the real estate industry, including commercial, hotel, residential, retail, industrial and development. Donald holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the National University of Singapore where he majored in the field of Estate Management.
