SOREN RODIAN OLSEN JOINS WARSAW OFFICE27 Sep, 2011, Warsaw
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed a capital markets specialist, Soren Rodian Olsen, as Head
of Office Investment in the Polish capital markets team. Soren joins from Aberdeen Asset in
Poland where he led the property asset management as Vice President and Country Head since
2010. He has 18 years of professional experience, gained among others at Commerzbank Group and
HVB Group (now UniCredit). Soren is a graduate of Copenhagen Business School in Denmark with
specialisation in Commercial Law, Statistics, Finance & Economics. He holds an MBA from
University of Westminster, UK.
At Cushman & Wakefield, Soren will be responsible for office investment market, establishing and managing relationships with foreign investors in Poland. Wojciech Pisz, Head of Polish capital markets for Cushman & Wakefield, said: "I believe that with his expertise and knowledge of property and financial markets, Soren will help further drive the Firm?s business growth." This latest appointment is part of an ongoing recruitment drive within the EMEA Capital markets team in line with the firm?s strategic growth plan and follows the recruitment of Doug Hardman from DTZ, global capital-raising specialist Bernhard Karas from M3 Capital Partners and investment specialist Yahya Abdulla who joined from Al Salam Bank in Bahrain.
