Westfield has appointed Cushman & Wakefield and CB Richard Ellis as joint leasing agents for 1.1 million sq ft of office space at Westfield Stratford City.
Westfield Stratford City will provide a new commercial district for London which is a key component of the Olympic Legacy. The scheme is the gateway to London’s Olympic Park with 70% of spectators expected to pass through the development on route to the Olympic Games.
