MICKOLA WILSON HAS BEEN
APPOINTED NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AT CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD INVESTORS
Former Teesland plc Chief Executive Officer Mickola Wilson has been appointed
as a Non-Executive Director and member of the European board of Cushman & Wakefield
Investors.
Mickola Wilson has a wealth of expertise in the fund management business,
gained from over 30 years in the industry with Guardian Royal Exchange, AXA and Teesland
iOG. In particular, she oversaw the transformation of Teesland iOG from a privately owned
UK property company with £250 million of assets to a publicly quoted European fund manager with
£4 billion of assets under management and a team of over 250 people across Europe.
Mickola will advise Cushman & Wakefield Investors, led by its recently
appointed Chief Executive Officer David Rendall, on its European expansion and development of
its proprietary fund business.
David Rendall said: “Mickola has an exceptional track record in the European
fund management arena and her experience will be an invaluable contribution to the further
growth of our business. We have had an extremely good couple of years which have seen us
expand our client base and win major mandates from clients such as PRUPIM”
Cushman & Wakefield Investors European operation now totals a team of
over 40 working across three offices in London, Paris and Frankfurt with around €6.1
billion of assets under management.

In 2007, Cushman & Wakefield Investors in partnership with financial
services group KGAL, announced its first European property fund - The Paris Office Growth
Fund. The Paris Office Growth Fund will target core plus/value add opportunities and will
be a Luxembourg-domiciled vehicle designed for institutional investors.
