TransGuard Insurance Takes 26,225 Square Feet In Naperville

Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s preeminent real estate services firm, represented TransGuard Insurance Company of America, Inc. in a 26,225–square–foot lease at 215 Shuman Blvd. in Naperville, IL.

TransGuard is a leading provider of insurance services to moving agents, small truck fleets and owner-operators. Formerly a subsidiary of SIRVA, Inc., the group was sold to IAT Reinsurance Company Ltd. in January and is subsequently moving out of SIRVA’s corporate HQs located at 700 Oakmont Lane in Westmont.

Marilyn Lissner, Susan Rosen and Steve Vander Klok with Cushman & Wakefield’s Rosemont office represented the tenant in the transaction. Jeff Mann, with CB Richard Ellis, represented the landlord, TA Realty.
