Kraft Foods Global, Inc. has leased a warehouse/distribution facility totaling 806,400 square feet at ProLogis Park 80, Building #1 in Morris, Illinois. Kraft will consolidate some of its west suburban warehouse operations at the new location. Cushman & Wakefield’s Christopher Porter represented Kraft in the transaction. The owner/developer, ProLogis, was represented by JD Salazar of Champion Realty Advisors, Inc.

Located at ProLogis Parkway and Route 47, the state-of the art distribution center sits on 38.2 acres allowing for substantial building and/or trailer spotting expansion. It is conveniently located near the Route 47 interchange providing prompt access to I-80.
