agent in negotiations and signing office space lease agreement between Raiffeisen Bank Polska
S.A. and developer Blue City sp. z o.o.
Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. has leased 8,200 sq m in Blue Office building in Warsaw. The
agreement has been signed for 10 years. Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. focuses on the services of
medium and small enterprises and Polish middle class. The Bank belongs to the Austrian
Raiffeisen Group, a leading Bank Group in East and Central Europe.
Blue Office is 30,000 sq m of modern office space in two buildings located at Aleje
Jerozolimskie in Warsaw. The advantages of Blue Office are its location, large number of
parking spaces, efficiency of space, modern fit-out, good technical parameters and height above
the standard (3.5 m). The first building of 14,000 sq m on four floors is fully leased and is
currently under construction. It will house among others the offices of Raiffeisen Bank Polska
S.A.
Blue Office is a part of the complex which includes Blue City shopping centre. Blue City
offers over 200 retail and service units and exhibition/conference centre. The owner and the
property manager of Blue City and Blue Office is Blue City sp. z o.o. Its real estate portfolio
is located all over the world. Majority stake of the firm’s 51% belongs to Dutch
investment group. Minority stake belongs to Turkish and American investors group.
