AXA Real Estate Investment Managers company acquires Zentro shopping centre in Rothenburg o. d. T.

Property Trust Rothenburg S.a.r.l, the Luxembourg company of one of the funds initiated by AXA Real Estate Investment Managers has acquired the Zentro shopping centre in Rothenburg ob der Tauber.The centre has long-term lease agreements with major retailers such as Kaufland, KiK and Dänisches Bettenlager.It has a total of approx. 12,800 square metres of leasing space and an investment volume of over 25 million euros.The vendor was a private group of investors.
AXA Real Estate Investment Managers employed the advisory services of Cushman & Wakefield, Capital Markets Group, Investment sector, Frankfurt.
