Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has been retained by Forbesto pursue the
sale of its headquarters building at 60 Fifth Ave.
Richard Baxter, Jon Caplan, Ron Cohen and Scott Latham of Cushman & Wakefield’s New York
Capital Markets Group will handle the assignment.
“This is a rare opportunity to acquire a historic Manhattan landmark,” said Scott
Latham, executive director. “This office and retail jewel box will attract significant
interest.”
Built in 1924, 60 Fifth Avenue is an eight-story office building totaling about 143,000
square feet. The building has been Forbes’ headquarters for more than 40 years.
