acted as exclusive agent for the South Korean company Lotte Group in securing over 60 luxury
and premium tenants for all 8 floors of high-end retail space in Lotte Plaza.
Lotte Plaza Moscow is a 21-storey mixed-use building containing 22,000 sq m of office space,
over 18,000 sq m of premium retailing, and a 60,000 sq m 5 star hotel (scheduled to open in
2008) and is located in the heart of Moscow, 1,4 km from the Kremlin at the junction of Novy
Arbat and the Garden Ring.
The official opening of Lotte Plaza is due to take place on September 1, 2007.
Retail tenants in Lotte Plaza include Mercury (Prada, YSL, Gucci, D&G, Jimmy Choo, Miu
Miu, Mulberry, Balenciaga, Chloe, Baccarat, etc), Crocus International (Emanuel Ungaro, Nina
Ricci, Sergio Rossi, Plein Sud, Paul Ka, Les Copains, J Lo, etc), Zara, the luxury supermarket
Azbuka Vkusa, Fashion Café and many others.
