Cushman & Wakefield Negotiates Sale Of Bay West Commerce Park For $25.4 Million

Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the sale of Bay West Commerce Park in Tampa, Florida for $25.4 million. The purchaser was BPG Properties Ltd.

The property was 65 percent leased at the time of the sale. Bay West Commerce Park is a 196,431 square foot business park consisting of eight buildings located on 15 acres overlooking Tampa Bay and has immediate access to Tampa International Airport.

Senior Director Mike Davis (Capital Markets) negotiated the sale on behalf of the seller, EOLA Capitol.
