C&W Hires Five New Brokerage Professionals In The Tampa Office

Cushman & Wakefield welcomes and is pleased to announce the addition of five new up and coming brokerage professionals to the Tampa office.

Candace Cusseaux, Associate comes to C&W from Eola Capital where she was leasing associate primarily focused on marketing the company’s 1.5 million square foot Tampa office portfolio. Candace holds a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University and will be responsible for office and industrial leasing.

Mike DiBlasi, Associate formerly with Bartley & Associates Realty Advisors, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University. Mr. DiBlasi has been with C&W for almost a year and will continue to build upon his current success in office and industrial leasing.

Scott Garlick, Associate joins C&W after a 12 year career as a professional soccer player. Mr. Garlick holds a B.A. in History from the University of San Diego and is responsible for office and industrial leasing, on both tenant and landlord representation projects.

Derek Pettigrew, Associate comes to C&W from Duncan Real Estate, Inc. where he was focused on site selection and acquisition for retail and multifamily developers. Mr. Pettigrew graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a degree in Recreation Parks and Tourism and will be working in land brokerage.

Patrick Kinnan, Associate joins C&W from Everbank Mortgage where he worked in portfolio retention. Mr. Kinnan holds a B.S. in Economics from Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Florida. He will work with the Florida Apartment Brokerage Services Team.
